The Vodacom Shop Tygervalley Group owns 3 Vodacom Repairs outlets based in Tygervalley, Garden Route Mall and Langeberg Mall.
We offer both in and out of warranty repairs on all major cellular brands to individuals and groups.
All our workshops are authorized to repair handsets up to level 2. Tygervalley and Garden Route Mall are authorized to do Level 2.5 repairs on Samsung handsets and warranty exchanges on qualifying Blackberry models. We offer faulty modem exchanges for all warranty modems that meet the warranty criteria.
Our technical staff have all been fully trained in accordance with the requirements laid down by the manufacturer, and all workshops comply to the GSM Technical and Manufacturer's testing equipment. Our workshops are authorized on site Level 2 repair centre's and comply with all manufacturers' standards. All workshops have on site technicians, ensuring that assessments can be done within 24 hours after booking.

Simply visit one of our repair centre's with your handset and our staff will assist in having the unit booked for assessment, or visit any of our stores who will book in the handset and will send it to the nearest Workshop and the unit will be returned to the store for collection.
How long will I be without my handset?
Our workshops strive to repair all level 2 handset repairs within 72 hours. All higher level repairs are handled on a 7 Day Turn around Time.
All workshops are equipped with standard loan equipment and customers can make use of these equipment for the duration of the repair.
